Creating an Account

Before being able to submit online reports, your organisation must create an account with us. Online accounts are only available for active clients, or organisations covered, for example, under a parent school board or association. In order to validate your account, you must enter your client number (click here if you cannot find it), your phone number and the postal code linked to your organisation in our system. You must also supply a valid email to which your temporary password will be sent.

In the event that you do not know your client number, or cannot find it, please send us an email at support@acf-film.com with your complete contact information, and the information will be sent to you asap.
