Obtain a License
If you represent a k-12 school, a religious organisation, a college or university, a public library or a kindergarten, you can now obtain (or renew) an annual public performance directly on our web site by downloading the appropriate PDF form listed below.
These dynamic PDF documents contain complete information on the terms, coverage and pricing of our annual license, as well as an application form. Once completed, the application form can be submitted electronically, by fax or simply mailed in.
Note that a standard handling fee of $5.00 will be charged for all licenses.
If you wish to submit an application form electronically, you must save the PDF document on your desktop (or anywhere else on your computer), complete the form and send it to us by email at info@acf-film.com as an attachment.
